Our client is one of the well-known Private Bank based in Switzerland.  They are now looking for an Accounts Management Officer to join their Account Management Department to provide administration support.

Job responsibilities

• Review account related document submitted by RM’s
• Perform system input and static data maintenance task related to clients’ accounts
• Support various activities, including signature verification, information retrieval, etc.
• Liaise with legal and compliance team on documentation requirements and regulatory controls
• Establish strong relationship with Front Office / key stakeholders regarding the services and the challenges faced
• Monitor the mailing services for clients in any forms of delivery
• Support other ad hoc tasks as assigned by managers

Requirements

• Tertiary education or above with at least 1 year working experiences in banking industry
• Knowledge in general banking documentation
• Well-organized, consistency in routine tasks and able to attend to details
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office & English word processing
• Fresh graduates with passion in bank industry are welcome
