Job Description
Responsibilities:
• As a primary contact point, provide suggestions for clients
• Handle and follow up clients’ enquiries, liaise with external parties and internal staff based on the feedbacks gather from clients
• Deliver quality services to meet the needs of corporate clients
• Perform data entry and validation checking
• Document management
• Handle ESOP project processing
• Closely work with technology team to develop and test the vesting platform
• Review duties to ensure timely completion and accuracy of daily operation
• Update and maintain operating manuals from time to time
Requirements:
• Degree holder or above in Business Administration or equivalent or related discipline
• 2 years of relevant experience is preferred
• Holder of SFC RA1 is required
• Responsible, Patience, Customer focused, with strong analytical and goodcommunication skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese with conversational Mandarin
• Immediate available preferred
