Job Description
Responsibilities
- Engage in Customer Due Diligence process for onboarding/periodic review/trigger event review for SME/Corp clients;
- Analyze KYC information and documents;
- Contact customers to complete CDD requirements within defined service level;
- Comply with relevant regulatory requirements and the Bank's internal policies and guidelines.
- 1-3 years solid experience with exposure to SME/Retail banking;
- Good understanding in AML regulations;
- Solid experience in conducting outbound call for KYC;
- Willing to work overtime;
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and willing to accept challenges.
