Responsibilities:

• Handle client's enquiries on account opening, trading platform and market information;
• Provide efficient and excellent securities trading services to customers;
• Perform account opening and document checking according to internal guidelines and ensure full compliance in of rules and regulations;
• Collaborate with sales team to develop and maintain good relationships with potential and existing clients;
• Perform any other job duties or projects as assigned by team supervisor.

 Requirements:

• Degree holder or above;
• Holder of SFC RA1 license;
• 3 years experience in financial industry is a definite advantage;
• Possess strong customer service and communication skills;
• Self-motivated, hardworking, responsible and able to work under pressure;
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua ;
