Responsibilities:

• Screen investment opportunities by conducting fundamental research and make recommendations for clients.
• Prepare industry and companies analysis reports for the group and its subsidiaries.
• Prepare financial models and valuations through various tools.
• Maintain database and conduct data analysis on Hong Kong/China companies.
• Preparing Company research reports, sector reports or Pre-IPO research report
• Conduct market activities including roadshows and investment forums
• Other ad hoc research and analysis duties assigned by management from time to time

Requirements:

• Degree holder in finance, business or related disciplines, or other relevant qualifications, CFA
• Holder of SFC license RA4 and at least 5 years or above Equity research experience
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modelling and analysis.
• Familiar with various financial models and able to perform independent company analysis.
• Knowledge in using Bloomberg.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a must
• Proficiency in MS Word (Chinese word processing), Excel and PowerPoint
• Good team player with interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
