Our client, a Chinese based bank is now urgently looking for a high caliber candidate to join their Credit Collection Team.

Responsibilities:-

• Assist Department Head to design and development collection policy and procedures & operation manual.
• Daily operations of credit collection such as formulate strategies, review of problem accounts, attending meetings with debtors, repayment planning and negotiation, etc.
• Monitor the performance of Debt Collection agents.
• Comply with the Bank's regulatory requirements on risk and control.
• Conduct credit analysis and prepare restructure loan proposals.
• System enhancement.

Requirements:-

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines.
• 6-8 years' relevant experience in banking industry.
• With exposure in corporate account monitoring and recovery.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiar in MS Applications.
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
