Location:                    Hong Kong           

• Originate transactions, both independently as well as in cooperation with other teams 
• Provide sector expertise for investment banking projects including M&A, IPO, equity, equity-linked and debt financing-related projects
• Develop client base across the region to create new business opportunities
• Provide coaching and training to junior bankers

Requirements:

• Degree holder, with professional qualification or MBA an advantage
• SFC Type 6 License holder
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in the corporate finance field with solid track record in origination; candidates with less experience will be considered as Director
• Good connection/relationship with corporations and fund houses in HK/PRC
• Experience in both Corporate Finance and capital market transactions; good understanding of capital market products e.g. IPO, CB
• Hands-on and proactive; possess good project management and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both verbal and written
