Responsibilities

• Handle corporate finance and capital market projects, including IPOs, compliance advisory, strategic advisory, restructuring advisory, distressed advisory, and public company compliance functions;
• Manage and cooperate with various professional parties in the execution of transactions, including drafting documentation, conducting due diligence as well as liaising with all regulatory authorities
• Underwrite new development deals. Prepare business plans, including annual operating plans, financial forecasts, strategic plans, and product introduction financial plans.
• Execute a full spectrum of corporate finance assignments, including IPO, M&A, fundraising exercises, and corporate finance advisory transactions
• Liaise with Cross border professional parties and coordinate the entire process of each transaction;
• Communicate with relevant regulatory authorities, such as US SEC and ASX 

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree from a leading university and exceptional academic performance is required
• Strong Preference will be given to individuals who have an accounting degree, have worked as an auditor for a second-tier international accounting firm, understand US GAAP or have a background as an accountant.
• Previous investment banking or accounting experience, with a track record of either product or sector teams and a good understanding of the capital market, is preferred;
• Experience in developing marketing materials (pitch books), including research.
• Strong candidates should be fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese. Non-Chinese-speaking candidates will be seriously considered.

• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills;
• The willingness to get your hands dirty with small tasks;
• Must be able to work well in groups but also independently to manage and own tasks;
• Capable of managing autonomous work environments with minimal supervision;
• Able to occasionally travel to Southeast Asia, Australia, and the United States.
