Job Description

We are now seeking a high caliber candidate to join our Hong Kong Branch.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute the compliance monitoring program in accordance with the Branch and Head Office policies
  • Perform regulatory-related compliance checking and review
  • Provide advisory and training to operation/business units relating to regulatory compliance issues
  • Conduct AML/CFT monitoring and review on customer onboarding and triggering events
  • Review and investigate suspicious transactions, including alerts from SAS, Worldcheck and Fircosoft
  • Prepare internal/external reports to senior management, regulators, tax authority and Head Office 
  • Participate in ad-hoc tasks/projects as assigned
Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting, Law, Business or related discipline(s)
  • Familiar with the regulatory requirements including AMLO of Hong Kong
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in regulatory or AML/CFT compliance
  • Holder of AAMLP and ECF on AML/CFT certification would be an advantage
  • Good communication skills, including spoken & written English and Chinese
  • Good computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
