DNA Recruit Partner is partnering up with a well-funded SFC licensed firm, a Hong Kong Listed company. They are looking for an Customer Service Associate to join their award-winning CS & Operation team.  Immediately available candidates are highly preferred 

Responsibilities:

• Handling HK equities business including: performing account opening, order execution, KYC procedure and customer enquiries
• Assist  for financial reporting and general CS team’s operations.
• Monitor to ensure all transactions and processes are complied with regulatory requirement.
• Responsible for matching daily transaction records as well as compiling various type of trading reports
• ensure with all relevant departments to ensure compliance in all operational areas
• Any other ad-hoc assignments

• Degree Holder in Business Administration or equivalent or related discipline
• Holder of SFC RA1 license will be an advantage
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a a client management role, CS operation, KYC officer in banking sector , FI or any SFC brokerage licensed firm 
•  Strong customer service sense, with good communication and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated analytical skills & organizational skills
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Detail minded and able to work under pressure
