(1 Year Renewable Contract)

Responsibilities

• Handle account opening, conducting company search, AML checking and conduct regular review / trigger event review on corporate accounts
• Handle various account maintenance tasks
• Prepare data reports and provide administrative supports to senior management
• Assist in project implementation and process enhancements
• Assist in the updating of Operation Manual, report preparation and other ad-hoc assignments
• Provide recommendations on improvement of operation to enhance service quality and work processes

• Diploma holder or above in Banking, Finance or related disciplines
• Preferable 3-5 years of experience in SME banking sector, less experience will be considered as Operations Officer
• Familiar with regulatory requirements especially on KYC and AML policies
• Ability to communicate effectively to internal and external customers
• Independent, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
