Responsibilities:

• Determine the strategic investment direction and management of the investment function;
• Manage portfolios to achieve absolute return, with the goal of effectively outperforming peer index in different markets;
• Develop and implement risk and control policies;
• Maintain and update investment policies and procedures;
• Comply with all applicable compliance requirements, laws, rules and regulations and standard of good market practices;
• Build an investment team.

Requirements:

• Degree or above;
• 5 years or above solid related working experience in asset management industry;
• Current holder of Type 4 & 9 representative license for minimum 3 years;
• Sound knowledge of SFO, regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities and risk management control;
• Solid understanding about middle and back office operations, risk controls and investment process of fund management companies;
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English, and proficient in Mandarin.
