Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team to achieve treatment trial and product sales target
- Deliver professional customer service through handling Inbound and Outbound call
- Handle social media communications (Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, etc.)
- Proactively provide feedback to supervisor on improving customers service level
- Answer inquiries and complaints from customers
- Provide clerical duties and support ad hoc customer service duties as assigned
Requirements:
- At least 4 years relevant working experience in Telesales / Retail Sales / Customer service
- Experience in Skincare products & Beauty industry will be an advantage
- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Customer-focused with positive working attitude
- Good in interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, independent, hardworking, problem solving skills
- Proficient in PC skills, including MS Office, Chinese Word Processing is a Must
- Immediate available is preferred
