Responsibilities: 

• Develop and manage all sports programs (golf, tennis, and swimming)
• Ensure smooth running of day to day operations in all sports & recreation facilities
• Work closely with the Department Manager to systematically review and fine tune all SOPs and rules & regulations on regular basis
• Manage outsourced reception staff, cleaning staff, and lifeguards
• Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements: 

• University Degree in Sports & Recreation Management, Hospitality Management, Event Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years relevant experience in the hospitality industry, recreation clubs or similar establishments, at least 3 years in supervisory level
• Sound knowledge of sports & recreation operation
• Outgoing, self-motivated, good communication skills and excellent time management skill
• Strong people management skills supervising several teams as well as contractors
• Strong project management skills and competent to work under pressure
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Manager
