Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to e-commerce customers
- Using telephone, instant messaging, and email to provide fast response to customer enquiries on products, order status and after sales services
- Manage order processing cycle with other departments
- Helping customers in the online buying journey
- Help customers to resolve any post-sales issues
Job Requirements:
- Excellent customer services experience using telephone, instant messaging, and email
- Must be proficient in written and verbal English.
- Asian Beauty and Skincare products knowledge or experience is a benefit
- Must have strong attention to details and customer focus
- Willing to work a minimum of 16 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
- Able to work independently, autonomously as well as multi-task working
- Immediately available preferred
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
- Knowledge of any European language would be an advantage, but not necessary
