RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Able to drive sales performance with customers in order to achieve sales target
• Trade Spend management among different customers
• Lead and be accountable for the day to day operations and business results of assigned key accounts
• Plan and implement business plans, schemes and activities
• Implement, monitor and evaluate promotional plans and events according to activity calendar
• Establish Trade Terms and Budget Plan with Category and Channel Development team for assigned key accounts in compliance with DANGO policy and procedures
• Ensure a cordial and profitable working relationship with customers on mutually agreed terms
• Execute Joint Business Plan and conduct business reviews with customers
• Assist and coordinate space and category management/visibility projects with customers
• Engage in bottoms up forecast for assigned key accounts, to be included in demand planning process
• Provide market intelligence on competitors and on the latest trends in the category for assigned key accounts
• Lead Business Review and Scorecard updates for assigned key accounts to all relevant internal key stakeholders
• Timely and accurate updates/ submissions of all pertinent internal and external requests using company processes and tools

• University Degree holder
• Basic experience with Key Account management, ready to takeover bigger Key Account portfolio in 2 years 
• Strong business acumen
• Strategic thinking with Good data-based analytical skills
• Aggressive and results oriented
• Strong inter-personal & negotiation skills
• Develops effective working relationships with others to achieve business results
• Shows initiative and flexibility; demonstrates a keenness to learn and self-developments
• Good communication skills in Spoken Cantonese and English. Putonghua would be an added advantage
