• Perform daily accounting operations and full set of accounts including accounts receivables/payables, and cheque payments
• Monitor cashflow and bank reconciliation
• Prepare financial and management reports (including month-end closing and year-end auditing)
• Prepare accounting vouchers and data input in FLEX system
• Post the journal vouchers into general ledger and keep proper filing
• Issue debit notes, reminders, official receipts and others to tenants / customers
• Assist the Assistant Manager to maintain the charts of account 
• Assist to combine FLEX formula (FION) with management reports (Excel) or other ad-hoc assignments
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

• Associate Degree in Accounting with LCCI Higher/AAT or above. Student member of ACCA preferable 
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in full set of accounting
• Responsible, self-motivated, well-organized, detail-minded and hardworking
• Able to meet tight deadline
• Good team-player with pleasant personality and positive attitude
• Attention to details with excellent data-entry skills
• Eager to learn new things and new skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications particularly with Excel, Word and Chinese word processing
• Good knowledge in various accounting software, e.g. FLEX Accounting and FION, SUN, SAP, Oracle or other ERP experience is preferable
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (preferable in Mandarin
