Job Description:

• Perform daily accounting operations including preparing vouchers, bank reconciliation, bank receipts and payment transactions
• Handle inter-company transactions and reconciliation
• Verify accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records
• Handle month-end and year-end closing in accordance with the deadline, including monthly schedules and account reconciliations
• Provide accounting support services to internal departments (e.g. sales and marketing, purchasing, etc.)
• Maintain proper and systematic filing system
• Other ad hoc assignments by superiors

Job requirement:

• Diploma or above in accounting or related discipline
• 2-3 years’ relevant accounting experience
• Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, high accuracy, mature with positive attitude, good time management and meet deadlines
• Fair command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
