Job Description

We are a team of experienced professionals who specialise in Insolvency and Restructuring Services, Forensic Accounting & IT Forensic, as well as Litigation Support in Hong Kong, Mainland China and other jurisdictions for years and are well respected by other professionals.  An exciting career opportunity has arisen for you to join this team and play an integral role in the department’s continued growth and success. 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for reviewing documentations and value variations;
  • Prepare, monitor and conduct cost analysis, budgeting control, measurement and collation of records;
  • Review and preparation of commercial and contractual correspondence; and
  • Measure and value main contracts/sub-contracts, assist in arbitration and agreement of main contract/sub-contract final accounts.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or equivalent related disciplines;
  • Professional member of RICS/HKIS or equivalent preferred;
  • Minimum 3 years solid QS experience;
  • Good base contract knowledge and interpersonal skills; and
  • Good Command in English, Mandarin (Putonghua) and Cantonese.
