Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in account payable;
• Stock management and passing adjustment entries in books;
• Production cost calculation;
• Monitoring of AP payment forecasting;
• Assist in cash flow projections and budgets;
• Prepare debit / credit notes for inter-company charge
• Assist in preparing audit, internal control and month-end schedules
• Assist the team in handling ad hoc duties

 Job Requirements :

• Diploma holder or above in Accounting
• Minimum 2 years' accounting experience
• High proficiency in Excel
• Experience in Microsoft NAV / Dynamics is preferred
• Good team player and able to work independently
• Immediate available is preferred
