The candidates should be:-

Outgoing, good interpersonal and communication skills;

Tremendously open to learning and to accept responsibilities;

Have a strong interest in technology, and proficient in MS Office;

Having basic accounting knowledge will be a plus;

The Candidate will be responsible for:

Filings to the Company Registry and compliance work related to the Companies Ordinance (CAP622);

Basic payroll calculations and entry level IRD's filings;

Basic accounting inputs and keeping of accounting records, both internal and for clients;

Provide secretarial support to clients and colleagues;

Ad hoc tasks when required;
