Job Description
Job Requirements:
- Education: Higher Diploma or Degree in Accounting
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Candidate with less experience will be considered for Accounts Assistant position
Job Duties:
- Prepare all entries and handle payments of General R&M and Service fee, Operating Supplies and F&B purchases via CitiDirect or cheque
- Prepare casual labor wages and MPF payments
- Petty cash disbursement & reimbursement
- Check and update vendors' profile and contract in both accounting system and excel file
- Prepare A/P related journals, reports, letters and B/S analysis
- Ad hoc tasks as assigned
