- Assist in daily operations, accounting transactions, data input & filing etc.
- Maintain accurate inventory record and regular stock take activities
- Prepare sales report, inventory report, sales order & invoice processing
- Prepare full set of accounts
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting
- Assist in month-end closing and other ad-hoc assignments
Job Requirements
- LCCI Higher or diploma in accountancy related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in handling full set of accounts, preferably in FMCG industry
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software, knowledge of Kingdee is preferred
- Well-organized with analytical skills, self-motivated, responsible, proactive with good interpersonal skills
- Open-minded, flexible to adapt changes in work processes and/or work assignments
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
- Immediate available is highly preferred
