Job Description
Role Purpose:
Our Accountant (AP) is in-charge of the entire daily accounts payable activities starting vender document verification, payment transactions approval, system data maintenance until preparation of month end and year end closing.

Our Accountant (AP) is in-charge of the entire daily accounts payable activities starting vender document verification, payment transactions approval, system data maintenance until preparation of month end and year end closing.
What you will be handling:
- In-charge of daily Accounts Payable operations
- Ensure the data accuracy in system and compliance of internal payment control
- Liaise with internal departments and business partners to ensure the correctness of documents required for payment process
- Participate in the month end and year end closing and prepare periodic reports for management review
- Proactively identify and initiate potential work process improvement
- Lead, coach and engage the team to carry out daily operations
- Well organized, attention to details and sensitive to numbers
- Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
- Possess strong sense of ownership and high degree of independence
- Solution-oriented mindset with high level of analytical skill
- Ability to bring about change
- Energetic to drive for customer success and excellent service
- Passionate in connecting with people and adopting high level of interpersonal skills
- Degree holder in Accounting, preferable HKICPA, CFA, ACCA member or equivalent discipline
- At least 5 years’ relevant experience, preferable in multi-national companies
- Experience in SAP system is advantageous
- Proficient in both spoken and written English
- Proficient in MS Office (Word / PowerPoint / Outlook) applications
