Job Description

Job Summary:
  • Work with corporate global compensation and global benefits counterparts in data analysis and audit, report generation and gathering for Asia
  • Support the development, alignment and administration of base pay strategies, policies and programs including job evaluation, market pricing, salary surveys, salary structure and salary increase recommendations
  • Support assigning and reviewing of job level and job profile under AECOM career model for new hires or revision for existing employees
  • Support administration of country benefits programs such as HK group insurances renewal as well as implementation and communication, MPF enrolment, employee well-being activities
  • Support global benefits, well-being programs related activities such as implementation, communication, enquiries, checking of invoices etc
  • Support the annual salary review for the region
  • Hands on involvement with the compensation management system (workday) and associated testing, training, and communications
  • Assist HR Business Partners in HK to develop best practices and provide appropriate compensation and benefits advisory to our clients
  • Conduct research, identify benchmark resources, analyse data and identify trends in the region
  • Ensure all compensation and benefits programs and practices are in compliance with regulatory requirements, providing recommendation as new regulations are enacted
  • Other duties as assigned or required, will work on Asia-wide initiatives, executive compensation or other global compensation or global benefits initiatives
Requirements: 
  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting or related discipline
  • 5+ years’ experience in managing compensation and benefits or total rewards programs
  • Track record in implementing and administering base pay and variable pay and benefits programs in a large organization
  • Advanced knowledge (Formulas such as IF, Vlookup, Pivotal table) of MS Excel is essential
  • Experience in using HRIS or compensation software
  • Strong analytical skills to present and analysis complex data in a way appropriate to the diverse audiences; and be able to provides recommendations
  • Ability to deal with data & issues in a fast-paced but ambiguous working environment, retaining a positive and goal-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable and confident to provide advisory to internal customers as well as work closely with external vendors
