• Plan, design and conduct training plan on soft skills to support business growth;
• Support and evaluate improvement plan on Mystery Shopper Program;
• Provide regular training to frontline staffs to enhance work knowledge and soft skills;
• Support training administration including class enrollment, record updating, reporting and related logistics to launch training programs in a smooth and effective way;
• Attend regular meeting with clients

• Diploma in Business Administration or related disciplines;
• Minimum 2 year experiences in training and development;
• Customer-oriented, well-organized, positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in MS office including PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
• Knowledge in consumer electronic products including but not limited to washing machine, CTV, monitor, refrigerator will be definitely an advantage;
• Knowledge in video production & editing would be a plus;
• Candidates with more experiences will consider as Senior Training Officer;
• Immediately available is preferable
