Responsibilities:

• Provide support service for daily and regular office administration functions, including procurement of office supplies, maintenance of office equipment and facilities management
• Perform general reception duties and courier’s arrangement
• Assist to manage general office administration, office maintenance and renovation
• Support full spectrum of HR & Admin functions including attendance & leave record, medical insurance administration, company activities and other operational matters
• Handle ad hoc duties as required

 Requirements:

• Diploma holder in HR Management or related discipline
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in HR / Admin field
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Strong in coordination, communication and adaptability to changes
• Self-motivated, positive, with good interpersonal skill
• Good command of both English and Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferred
