Responsibilities

• Preform administrative and operational functions
• Provide full range administration support, including filing, documentation, data entry and reports preparation
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned

• DSE or above with at least 1 year of relevant work experiences;
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing;
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
• Good telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills, helpful and attentive to details;
• Able to work independently and under pressure;
• Work at Kowloon Bay.
