Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the technical manager
  
• Liaising with various external and internal parties for business activities and daily operations
• Responsible for calendar management, schedule meetings, and daily activities
  
• Assist and coordinate in various technical projects and other duties as assigned such as meeting minutes.

Requirements:

• A higher diploma or above in any discipline
  
• At least 2 years experience in executive or personal assistant in sizable company 
• Experience in IT company is definitely an advantage
• Able to adapt and learn the jargon of the IT industry
• Excellent organization and communication skills, and being patient
• Candidates with an IT background and basic IT knowledge is highly preferred
