Responsibilities:

• Act as a business partner to provide HR advice and market insights on the full spectrum of HR matters from staff recruitment to retention in order to facilitate division supervisors for an effective talent management
• Passionate in exploring and developing new HR initiative/strategy to keep close to the market trend
• Strengthen the L&D function by assessing training needs, sourcing and deploying a set of training programs to different  levels of targeted staff
• Enhancing staff engagement through the roll-out of new HR programs/activities for building up corporate values and culture
• Assist in executing and monitoring the operation plan of all HR regular exercise to ensure the policy and procedure are aligned with proper compliance

Requirement:

• Degree holder in HR Management or Business Administration
• 8 years’ relevant experience of HR Generalist experience; good understanding of Labour Ordinance
• Capable of interacting across different levels of stakeholders; good presentation and influencing ability; passion in rolling out new initiatives
• Fast-paced, self-motivated and vibrant
• Good command of English and Chinese; Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Immediately available is highly preferred
