Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of human resource functions including but not limited to compensation & benefits, employee relationships, staff activities, recruitment, payroll etc
- Provide support to employees in various HR related topics
- Assist in development and implementation of HR related policies and procedure
- Other ad hoc project or adminstrative supports may be required
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- With 3 - 4 years hands on HR experience
- Positive working attitude, responsible and detailed-mind
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations
- Excellent and effective communication & negotiation skills
- Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Candidates with less experience may be considered as HR & Admin Officer
- Banking Holiday
- 5-day week
- 9am - 6 pm
