Job Description
We are looking for a Clinic Receptionist, who will support our night-shift ER service in providing exceptional customer services. This individual will:
- Handle CS duties at the medical centre reception, including but not limited to greeting patients, appointment booking, and patients’ registration
- Escort clients and their pets to exam rooms
- Perform cashier duties, handle cash payment and credit card transaction
- Answer clients’ inquiry in a professional manner
- Proactively provide feedback to supervisor on improving customers service level
- Carry out other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Requirements:
- F.6 or DSE graduate
- 2 years’ experience in customer service industry
- Excellent client service skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to remain composed in stressful and emotional situations
- Sense of urgency within a fast-paced environment
- General computer competency required including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good command of spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
