General Summary
  • You will be developing and implementing HR strategies to support the company's sustainable business growth.
  • The focus areas include recruitment, talent management, training & development, and performance management, with the objectives to drive high performance and continuous improvement culture with high employee satisfaction.
  • You will act as the HR business partner of various functions to support their business needs.
  • You will also be responsible for the entire HR and Admin function.

Primary Responsibilities

Oversee and execute full HR functions, including but not limited to:

  • Hiring & Recruitment,
  • Compensation & Benefit,
  • Performance Management,
  • Talent & Competency Management,
  • Training & Development,
  • Employee Engagement,
  • HR & Personnel Administration,
  • Bonus calculation,
  • Payroll,
  • Taxation,
  • HR Policies update and process implementation,
  • ESG
  • Labour Law and Regulations compliance,
  • Support corporate to fulfil regulatory requirements as a listed company,
  • Business partnering closely with business heads to align group HR strategy with the business on manpower planning, talent acquisition and people development,
  • Identify staffing and recruiting needs; develop and execute best practices for hiring and talent management; recruit, interview, hire and train new staff
  • People management responsibilities for 1 HR & 1 Admin team member
  • With the help of the HR team member, oversee and take charge of the full spectrum of office administration matters on a day-to-day basis for our HK office sites
  • Perform other duties as required 
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Proven knowledge and experience of employment-related laws and regulations in Hong Kong.
  • Professional qualification and certification are advantages.
  • Being a member of any professional HR organization or society is an advantage.
Experience
  • At least 10 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in HR management role.
  • Experience as an HR Manager in companies that oversee 50 to 100 headcounts of sales, technical and operations staffs.
  • Experience working in IT industry is an advantage.
  • Experience using HRMS systems such as HR21 E-lite is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc) 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related disciplines

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact with all levels of staff in a professional and positive manner.
  • Excellent team player.
  • Excellent communication skills both externally and internally.
  • Energetic and take initiatives proactively.
  • Independent and result oriented.
  • Dynamic with critical eye for details, accuracy and excellence.
  • High integrity.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced working environment under pressure.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
