Job Description
Our client is a listed group in Hong Kong and would like to invite high caliber candidate to manage our office administrative function.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality and effective office administrative support to the company
- Maintain a smooth office operation, work scope including but not limited to office procurement and invoice handling, vehicle licenses/insurance renewal, facilities/equipment maintenance, telecommunications management and office cleaning/security
- Manage emergencies and urgent issues capably and report status/update to department head timely
- Ensure work quality of the supporting team is up to standard
- Assist in organizing company events and handling ad-hoc assignments as and when required
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
- 7 years of proven office administration experience in sizable companies
- Strong sense of responsibility, proactive, well-organized with a can-do attitude and multi-tasking skills
- Proficient in MS Office including Chinese Word Processing is a must
- Good command of written/spoken English and Chinese
- Candidates with stable track record are highly preferable
