Job Description:

• Assist in all-round HR duties including but not limited to recruitment, C&B, training and development and employee relations.
• Support recruitment in job posting, interview arrangement and on/off boarding logistics
• Assist in preparing payroll and support MPF administration
• Administrate overtime and leave management
• Participate in coordinating staff activities 
• Assist in handling general office administration duties such as facilities management and equipment maintenance
• Participate in ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant discipline
• 1 year relevant experience in HR field preferred
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance is an advantage
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Well organized, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Good command in Microsoft Office applications
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediately available is preferred
• Fresh graduates are also be considered
