Job Requirements
- Degree / Higher Diploma holder
- 3-4 years relevant experience in general secretarial support
- Previous experience in office administration is required
- Self-motivated, cheerful, detail-oriented with good organization skills
- Proactive, energetic, adaptable and strong sense of responsibilities
- Well-versed in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese WP
- Good communication of English and fair in spoken Putonghua
- Immediate available is a definite advantage
Job Responsibilities
- Perform office administration and secretarial duties on daily smooth operation
- Responsible for appointment scheduling, travel arrangement and expenses claims
- Coordinate with suppliers on procurement functions and vendor management
- Provide support on insurance & contract renewal and organizing company activities
- Maintain company database and perform ad hoc projects as assigned
