- Perform full spectrum of human resources functions include but not limited to on-boarding & exits procedures, employee benefits, database & filing management and all HR-related administration duties
- Manage full cycle of leave process and benefits administrations
- Maintain accurate staff record in HRIS system and keep proper filing of personal records
- Compile various reports and support in handling various HR documentation
- Participate in ad hoc projects as required
- Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years solid experience in Human Resources field
- Basic knowledge with Employment Ordinance
- Proficient in application of Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills, good team player with positive attitude
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Knowledge of IPL would be an advantage.
