• To perform a full range of office administration duties including but not limited to office procurement, facilities management, regular housekeeping, mails and courier arrangement, logistic support of company vehicles, group insurance policy administration, company events and staff activities, etc.
• To provide administrative support to HR Department including but not limited to recruitment and C&B administration.
• To supervise office assistant on daily routine operations.
• Back-up front desk if necessary.
• To handle ad hoc projects and duties as assigned.

• Holder of Higher Diploma or above in related discipline.
• 1-2 years relevant work experience preferably in the construction/engineering sector.
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and good problem-solving skills.
• Initiative, proactive, multitasking and attentive to details.
• Well organized, flexible, can-do attitude and a good team player.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for a higher position.
