Job Description

Position Summary:

To build and lead the office services team in order to cope with the company expansion; ensure providing value added service to employees in addition to maintaining a smooth daily operation and supporting business needs.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Establish, manage and implement the administration policies and procedures and devise ways to streamline processes
  • Develop SOP to cope with the business needs with given resources
  • Supervise a small team to provide day-to-day administration support and services including license renewal; insurance renewal; office cleaning & security; renovation projects; fixed assets administration and equipment maintenance, etc.
  • Assess team performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Monitor costs and expenses, manage annual budget preparation, and provide analysis report on a monthly basis
  • Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
  • Other administration projects and activities assigned by manager 

Qualifications and Experience: 

  • At least 8 years of relevant experience with good knowledge of the overall administration management
  • Degree holder in any discipline
  • Mature, well-organized and approachable personality with good interpersonal skills; able to handle confidential information and sensitive matters
  • Impeccable time management & project management ability; able to multi-task and prioritize workload
  • Ability to build relationship and manage communication with multiple parties and influence others
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and show flexibility as needed; willingness to take on ad hoc tasks and special projects.
  • Possess enthusiasm, perseverance, and a strong desire to succeed
