Job Description

Our client is a listed chemicals company in the world. They are looking for an Admin & HR Assistant based in HK. This position reports to HR Manager and is responsible for, providing business support to the HR & RC department primarily, and secretarial and business support to the members of the region and Asia team.

Responsibilities
Business Support to HR Department
• Support recruitment activities from job posting, interview arrangement coordination, and background check
• Onboarding & Offboarding management, prepare and consolidate
• Leave Management for monthly leave record checking & filing
• Staff Benefits Administration: anniversary tracking, employee pension, medical registration, fitness subsidy, recognitions award
• Support Learning & Development activities & enrolment
• Maintain employees’ records, HR Policy / Guidelines management
• Assist in implementing RC programmes in the Hong Kong office
Administration support to Business Team
• Provide business travel assistance for assigned teams and visitors
• Support the hosting of internal and external meetings
• Support Sales-related activities including coordinating customer events and meeting
Office Administration
• Back-up Reception if needed
• Ensure office safety and security by providing basic safety Responsible Care
• Receive, welcome, and refer visitors to the appropriate staff members
Qualifications
• University Degree or above in Administrative Management
• Minimum 5 years of administrative or secretarial experience; HR experience is an advantage
• Languages: fluency in English is a must
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
