Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR operations including but not limited to recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, performance management and employee relations
- Independently handle monthly payroll, MPF and benefits administration
- Highly participate in front line recruitment
- Assist in data management and enhancement of HR system
- Assist in HR Projects and ad-hoc assignments
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience, preferably in property management or service industry
- Good knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and MPF regulations
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in both spoken and written English & Chinese
- Good PC skills with hands-on experience in HRMS
- Immediately available is an advantage
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer
