Responsibilities:

• Source, screen and interview the best candidates to meet clients’ needs
• Takes ownership of candidate pool generation through
• Administrative compliance - effectively registering candidates to build a candidate database
• Manage the entire interview process, relaying feedback, introducing candidates to clients and job opportunities to candidates
• Self-motivated to generate new business through cold sales calls
• Manage and build upon relationships with clients to maintain and develop a positive and growing business interaction through frequent electronic interaction and meetings

Requirements:

• Experience in recruitment in hiring Education counselors, NET, and Language tutors is preferred.
• Confident in undertaking Business Development
• Good research skills and the desire to be an expert in your field
• A sense of urgency, ability to work to deadlines
• Results-oriented and target drove, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Good command of Cantonese and English
