Responsibilities:

•          Provide general secretarial and administrative support to the department
•          Prepare & monitor various business reports in accordance to the timeline
•          Be able to communicate with different parties via phone call or email with professional manners
•          Execute order & quote price upon clients' requests
•          Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned by Management
•          Fresh Graduate is also welcome

Requirements:

•          Form 5 /DSE or above
•          Relevant experiences in financial brokerage is preferred
•          Willing to learn, service attitude and result oriented
•          Good communication skill and must be PC literate, including Chinese typing
•          Sensitive to numbers
•          Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin preferred
