• Assist in full spectrum of HR duties including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding & offboarding, compensation & benefits, employee relation, training & development, and performance management.
• Participate in HR system enhancements and Division’s work processes improvement if necessary
• Handle expatriates’ enquiries and matters when necessary
• Support office daily administration
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned
  

Requirements

• Degree holder in discipline of Human Resources or Business Administration (preferable)
• Above 5 years working experience in Human Resources and Office Administration
• Experience in HRIS is an advantage
• Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS office application (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
• Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and good in interpersonal and communication skills
