Responsibilities:

• Handle customers’ inquiries and complaints via call, live chat and email in an efficient and professional manner
• Deliver excellent service in consulting solutions and improve customers’ satisfaction level via different channels
• Provide proactive follow up and quality services
• Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure timely, efficient and effective service to customers
• Support special of ad hoc projects to ensure the team runs smoothly

• Immediately available candidate is a MUST
• Great attitude and willingness to learn is a must
• Able and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks related to Customer Service 
• Relevant work experience in customer service (call center/.admin or aftersales) or e-commerce roles is helpful, but not necessary
• Proficient in spoken and written English & Cantonese
