Responsibilities

• Assist specialists to prepare sale related communication and paperwork
• Work with specialists and operation team to follow up on payment collection and delivery arrangement
• Prepare auction reports
• Work closely with internal and external parties to execute the sale related tasks
• Keep track on the sale related arrangements
• Conduct sale item related research
• Perform ad-hoc auction and sale related tasks

• Experience on sales and client facing related tasks
• Good communication skills
• Detail minded while delivering fast action
• Able to work independently under pressure and follow tight schedules
• Eager to learn about new things and can think outside of box
• Strong research skill
• Strong knowledge of Excel and Outlook
• Good working ethics and positive attitude
• Knowledge on fine wine, cigar and other luxury products are preferred
