Responsibilities:

• Assist in full scope of HR functions including recruitment, employment contract, policy, payroll, MPF and other related matters;
• Updating databases, attendance records such as annual leave, sick leave;
• Work closely with all departments on administrative related issues;
• Assist in daily administration activities such as office suppliers equipment maintenance, facilities management, etc;
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma of above in Human Resources Management or related discipline;  
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in Human Resources; no work experience will not be considered;
• Knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance;
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills;
• Fluent in Cantonese, Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
