Job Description

Accountabilities
  • Lead a team to manage and execute the full recruitment life cycle
  • Develop a recruitment strategy including job posting optimization, candidate sourcing, assessment design, job board procurement, workforce needs and etc
  • Act as the business partner and collaborate with Operations Department, drive and advise on job descriptions, hiring procedures, candidate selection, hiring campaign design and onboarding practices
  • Develop and drive employer branding strategy and partner with cross-functional teams to seek out sound stories and create contents to amplify the brand through online and offline platforms
  • Partnership with universities and NGOs and lead related recruitment campaigns
  • Manage candidate experience from pre-employment to on-boarding stage
  • Manage all 3rd party vendors to ensure that all services are meeting business needs and up-to-standard
  • Develop and execute Human Resources policies and procedures
  • Compile reports on recruitment status and report to key stakeholders on a timely basis
  • Assist in handling ad hoc projects as assigned, including but not limited to HRMS, qualification accreditation and talent development programs
Professional should
  • Degree holder in Human Resources/Business Management, Psychology or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience gained from a sizable organization and fast paced environment, experience in hospitality industry is preferred
  • Effective leader and motivator, offering key insight and direction related to recruitment
  • Possess strong stakeholders management skill
  • Proficient in using different recruitment channels
  • Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other regulatory practices
  • An excellent grasp of detail and an ability to analyze data to inform decisions
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and positive thinking with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capable of working independently under pressure and prioritizing work with good time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
