Our client is a private hospital on Hong Kong Island.

 

Job Responsibility:

• Review and develop effective talent requisition plans and executions.
• Handle recruitment process and onboarding journey for new recruits independently.
• Drive Employee engagement and wellness programs
• Coordinate internal staff communications and external parties’ collaborations on employer branding.  
• Be responsible for employees’ compensation case and associated administration.
• Provide regular reporting, such as vacancies report, turnover analysis and staff movement reports, etc.
• Take up a business partner role and act as a bridge between frontline staff and HR
• Assist in driving HR projects and events whenever required.
• Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.

Job Requirement :

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• A minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience in human resources
• Solid experience in healthcare industry.
• Familiar with Employment Ordinance and other associated law and regulations.
• Strong analytical kills, independent, and self-motivated.
• A team-player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
• Proficient in Office applications, particular in excel and PowerPoint presentation.
