Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic partner to senior management in all human resources activities
• Work close with line managers to take proactive and consultative approach in key areas such as recruitment, C&B, review and implementation of HR strategies, change management, as well as other HR related projects
• Develop and enhance human resources strategies, policies, programs and communication
• Implement HR plans at the Group levels (e.g. manpower planning, C&B, HRIS, performance management, succession planning, people development, employee relations, organizational review)
• Collaborate with senior management to enable organization change and increase employee commitment and capability

  Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years hands-on HR experience, of which 5 years in a managerial position from a sizeable companies,
• Well verse in HK employment ordinance and employment related legislation is imperative
• Excellent communication skill, strong in execution and project management
• Good commend of spoken and written English and Chinese.                        
• Ability to work under pressure
